Lallana ‘weighing up options’ amid Fenerbahce rumours

Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana could leave the club amid speculation that Fenerbahce want him on loan, according to reports.

The former Southampton star has only managed 303 minutes in all competitions for the Reds this season and has suffered badly with injury recently.

Fotomac claims that Turkish giants Fenerbahce have offered Lallana the chance to play some regular football and join them until the end of the season on loan.

The Daily Mirror add that a deal to another Premier League club hasn’t been ruled out by Lallana and neither has the Fenerbahce proposal.

Their interest in Lallana has reportedly led the Turkish club to ask Lille if they can terminate the loan of Yassine Benzia, who is currently there until the end of the campaign with an option to buy.

The Algerian only has one assist and no goals to his name for Fenerbahce and the Turkish side see Lallana as a better option.

Surprisingly, Fenerbahce – who were runners-up last term – are currently embroiled in a relegation battle in the Turkish top-flight with only 16 points after 17 matches.
